Metro Star offers a special program to current and incoming employees of Yale University and Yale New Haven Health Systems and/or affiliates of these organizations. This set of benefits are designed to recognize the outstanding work these two organizations do, not only for New Haven but for the Nation and the World.

To be eligible for this program, you must be a current or an incoming employee of Yale University or Yale New Haven Health Systems and/or affiliates of these organizations.

Waived Community Transfer Fee if moving to another Metro Star property- 50% reduction of the Pet Fee
Free Pet Rent
50% off Storage Unit rental- Early Lease Termination Processing Fee waived
- Short Term Extension Processing Fee waived
